Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Printful Fulfilled Products (Merch)
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
Please contact us at sailingwithsix@gmail.com before returning any item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please note that return shipping may not be covered unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloads are final.

Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us right away at sailingwithsix@gmail.com with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll work with Printful to make it right.

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? The fastest option is to place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible).

European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
